FIFA World Cup Widget now available!
We have some serious football fans on the Yahoo! Connected TV team, so we are excited to announce the FIFA World Cup TV Widget! Follow your favorite team all the way to the World Cup finals or get status of every game in the 32 team tournament, all while you watch TV. You can download the FIFA World Cup TV Widget right now on Samsung TVs with Sony TVs to follow soon! Check for your specific Samsung TV model and for your Sony TV. The new FIFA World Cup TV Widget features a live fullscreen scoreboard so you can browse through all World Cup scores while watching live TV. For live games in progress, the TV Widget provides the most recent game event details so you can follow the latest action. Also, a scores and schedule feature also allows you to browse all of the games that have been completed, in progress, or scheduled in a convenient sidebar while you watch TV so you don’t miss a second of the live action.
